Trainer explain technical topics in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. I like his way of organizing things from lecture to excel file notes to google drive storage of materials. He is confident and knows what he's talking bout. Zeba is very helpful. She always checked on me and asked me how I am doing. She provided insightful ideas so I can complete the course and pass the exam. She helped me out through the process from the registration to payment to training proper and post-training. She's definitely one of the reasons why I have a great and fun learning experience at IMC. Kudos to her and to the team!

I did my LSSBB training with IMC. The course material provided is very informative and exhaustive. It was precise, relevant and organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash carries an in-depth knowledge of the subject. He made sure that the concept was well understood by the participants. The online sessions were very engaging wherein the trainer clarified any sort of doubts without rushing through the topics. Overall an amazing course. Mr Gaurav Bhardwaj, my counsellor gave a deep insight into the prerequisites and advantages of doing a LSSBB certification from IMC. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counsellor, Kritika who has been my counsellor when I was taking my Black belt course, is a very accommodating and helpful counsellor. Her patience and assistance is praiseworthy.
