The program is very flexible as it suits the trainee(s) dynamic schedules. Learning at your own pace is key in this development. While IMC provides the tools, learning, it will be up for the trainee(s) how they will be able to grab on this opportunity and use it according to their needs depending on applicability. The trainer, Shashi Prakash, is a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer, sharing the learning based on combination of theory and real life experiences. The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!

The lesson is very enlightening, the reviewers given and study materials provided are very well use. The Program is well packed with lessons which are very understandable. While the trainer is very good in making examples and explaining the key points of each lesson of the program. Rose is very approachable, I easily get responses from her every time there's something that I need to inquire for. The service team is an ace for me, as she is assisting me with the program and activities like the exams in which I was delayed because of my heavy workload.
