I Thank the trainer for a great course. His presentation style is great with lots of opportunities to ask questions. He used the appropriate word to explain the concepts clearly. I appreciate Michelle for always listening to my questions and making me feel comfortable even though it was my first time doing a certification. The program conducted by IMC was very helpful and Mr. Shashi Prakash's classes were very detailed. His explanation of the concepts and the ease with which he breaks down the topics helped achieve this feat. Ashmeen was very helpful and guided me at every step of this journey.
