I am impressed with trainers knowledge on Quality and Lean Principles and quite happy for choosing IMC as partner in my Educational Journey. My consuller Vaibhav was quite prompt in responding to any queries raised over course or exam and quite professional in his answers.

Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. The program provides the overview and significant topics regarding Lean Six Sigma. The trainer is very professional, informative and diligently answered students' questions. Rose Ann is very accommodating and helpful. She answered my queries promptly. Frixie is responsive and provides significant information.

The training was so useful and well-planned. The trainer was so amazing and made sure that the participants understood the content so well. Mr. Pankaj was so professional. The Counsellor made sure all my answers were answered before i could make up my mind about the certification since I belonged to a non-technical background. The service was very prompt and on time the links were shared and updates were given.

The trainers and the provided learning materials are as complete as you can get with regards to the industry knowledge and global standards that are implemented within the different industries.
