The training was absolutely worthy to gain in depth knowledge on the statistical approach to problem solving. Trainer, Ms. Akther Jahan Khan was very innovative in sharing her knowledge with easy examples to make the concept easily understandable. Mr. Viplav Sharma and Frixie have helped a lot and are very responsive. A special thanks to Mr. Viplav Sharma for getting me into this Lean Six Sigma course with his honest approach regarding the course details. The training program is very good and I will expect some more lectures to be attended which will be targeted towards more theoretical aspects which will help gain more insights.
