It was a wonderful experience since i used the Elearning i can review the materials over and over again if needed they won't revoke your access and you will still be able to review the materials again if suddenly forgot the things you learn, the teacher are great in explaining details and how the DMAIC works. The trainer (Mr. Shashi Prakash) is well versed in the art of Six Sigma and has extensive knowledge of what is the requirement of the current market. Kudos to the trainer, who is laying the foundation for the new ones and introducing the concepts of SIX SIGMA to its very core. A very well versed and informative session. The session and examples provided by Mr. Shashi were easy to understand. The same examples could be used in our real-world circumstances which made the course very practical and relatable. My Counsellor was very supportive and responsive. The Service Team was responsive to queries and support needed.

It has been nearly a year since I started conducting Lean Six Sigma training sessions for IMC. It has been a great experience interacting with the IMC team and I must place on record my appreciation for the professionalism displayed by them right from scheduling the sessions, checking on the trainer availability till the completion of the batch. During the course of the training sessions, the IMC team is available for any support that the trainer or the trainee may require. Since all other logistic arrangements relating to conduct of a training batch are completely taken care by the IMC team, the trainer can totally focus on performing the core part, ie. Training.
