LSSGB Program is a highly informative program. The trainer clearly discussed related concepts in the best way he can for us to easily understand. Mr Shashi is very humble and has a great presentation style. His method of teaching is phenomenal he has the skill of of letting his audience engaged in the coursework. Highly recommended. The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience.
