He is very knowledgeable of the topics and enthusiastic about what he is discussing. He also entertains all questions from the class. This training just happened to come at the right time for me in my career. The course contains very practical notes on what is lean & six sigma and what are its principles. This course gives you a good overview of why six sigma is necessary. The team was always available to resolve all my doubts questions and requests. The course content, medium of instructions, and delivery make the concept very easy to understand.
