The Workshop was held on the 18th and 19th of February 2023 with our students from fortune companies.
We believe that success is getting what you desire and holding the courage to prosper in what really matters. In light of this, IMC has overarched the learning objective of this Lean Six Sigma Green + Black Belt Program with 2 days of Orientation Workshop. It has moulded the set of skills of Lean Six Sigma to function productively in their Organization.

The Lean Six Sigma body of knowledge includes quantitative and non-quantitative analysis techniques and the leadership skills required to gain projects across the goal line. The event was exclusively designed to provide attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and its applications in various industries.
The Workshop holds keynote speeches, and panel discussions led by an expert professional Mr. Shashi Prakash who disclosed about the dissemination of Lean Six Sigma that covers a wide range of topics including:
- The framework of DMAIC and its methodology.
- Understanding the phase including its purpose and scope of the project.
- The principals improve efficiency and quality in their business operations.
- Strategies to identify and eliminate squandering in processes using Lean tools
- Techniques for measuring and analyzing process performance using the tools.
- Case studies and real word- world examples of successful Lean Six Sigma implementations in various industries.
- Best practice for implementing Lean Six Sigma in any organization and to sustain the implementation over time.
After completing the Training, ample time has been provided to the students to prepare and pass the Final Examination through our Online Portal. The event was a great opportunity for the professionals looking to improve efficiency, reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction in their organization.
At the end of the workshop, the students received a Certificate of Attendance. 30 hours duration of schedule was arranged for the Virtual training in Lean Six Sigma Green + Black Belt as per the Trainer and Students’ convenience availability.
