About the IMC

About the Trainer

Mr. Shashi Prakash

Delhi University Graduate with over 20 years of diversified experience in Operations, Project Management, Operational Excellence, Audit, Training, Quality and Compliance.

He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certified with over 150 customized trainings conducted for corporates on Lean Six Sigma.

He is also an approved Trainer of ACTVET (Abu Dhabi Center for Technical and Vocational Education and Training), and collectively trained over 5700+ individuals all over the world.

Apart from that, he is also associated with and served various institutions, corporates & government sectors like MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises – Govt. of India), Qatar Ministry of Transport & Communication (MOTC), Dubai Electricity & Water Authority(DEWA), Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Qatar University, Amazon, Just Dial, Toshiba and many more.

Event Agenda

The overarching learning objective of this Lean Six Sigma Green + Black Belt Program with 2-Days Orientation Workshop, is for the professionals to develop a comprehensive set of skills that will allow them to function effectively as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified in their organization.

The Lean Six Sigma body of knowledge includes techniques for both quantitative and non-quantitative analysis, as well as the team leadership skills necessary to get projects across the goal line.

At the end of the workshop, the students will receive a Certificate of Attendance same day. And a 30 hours duration of schedule will be arranged for the Virtaul training in Lean Six Sigma Green + Black Belt will be arranged as per the Trainer and Students’ convenience availability.

After the completion of the Training, an ample time will be provided to them to prepare and pass the Final Examination through our Online Portal. They will be given a maximum of 3-4 months’ time upon enrollment, for them to complete and pass each belt’s final assessment.

On successful achievement of the passing percentage required, a digitized and physical copies of the Achievement Certificates will be issued in 3 to 4 working days.
